Meet Rebecca

A Wyoming Voice for Wyoming Families

For more than 20 years, Rebecca has called Wyoming home, building a life, raising a family, and operating small businesses with her husband, Jonathan. She understands the hard work, independence, and personal responsibility that define Wyoming's Western spirit.

Rebecca entered politics after watching outside consultants and political insiders take advantage of Wyoming. She challenged wasteful spending, filed public-records requests, demanded accountability from government officials, and fought policies that threatened Wyoming's conservative values.

She went on to serve as a Republican precinct committeewoman, state committeewoman, and alternate delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2020 and 2024.

Calling yourself a conservative is easy. Standing firm when the pressure comes is what matters.

Rebecca is running for Governor to defend limited government, responsible spending, energy independence, the Second Amendment, property rights, the sanctity of life, parental rights, and our Western way of life.

Where Rebecca Stands

The Issues That Matter to Wyoming

Wyoming's challenges deserve straightforward answers. Here's where Rebecca stands, plain and simple.

Defend Our God-Given Rights

Our rights come from God. Government exists to protect them, not grant them.

Wyoming stands strongest when free people unite around enduring truths: our rights come from God, the government exists to protect those rights, and public servants must answer to the people.

As Governor, Rebecca will bring principled leadership to the work of defending the right to keep and bear arms, protecting innocent life, safeguarding freedom of speech and religious liberty, upholding private property and due process, and strengthening the authority of parents to guide the upbringing and education of their children.

She will appoint principled leaders, veto bills that infringe on our freedoms, and fight federal agencies that exceed their authority, so Wyoming remains a place where people are free to worship, speak, work, raise their families, and defend themselves.

Defend Wyoming's Sovereignty

Wyoming's future should be shaped by Wyoming, not distant bureaucrats in Washington.

Wyoming's future should be shaped by the people who live here, work here, raise families here, and love this state, not by distant bureaucrats, outside interests, or policies imposed without the consent of Wyoming citizens.

As Governor, she will withdraw Wyoming from the federal refugee resettlement program initiated under Governor Matt Mead and end any policy that allows illegal immigrants to obtain Wyoming driver's licenses.

Rebecca will defend Wyoming's right to govern itself, build common ground among citizens who value law and order, and refuse to surrender our state's authority to Washington.

Unleash Wyoming Energy

Wyoming powers America, and Wyoming energy jobs deserve a governor who fights for them.

Our coal, oil, natural gas, uranium, and critical minerals support good-paying jobs, strengthen local economies, and help free America from dependence on foreign countries that do not share our values or interests.

As Governor, she will defend Wyoming energy workers and producers against radical green agendas, politically motivated regulations, and politicians who would sacrifice our jobs, revenue, and independence to please the environmental left.

Wyoming can lead the way toward American energy dominance, and Rebecca will bring people together to put Wyoming workers, Wyoming families, and Wyoming resources first.

Rebecca's full position

Defend Our Right to Keep and Bear Arms

A heritage, not just a political issue, that Rebecca will defend without exception.

The right to keep and bear arms is more than a political issue in Wyoming. It is part of our heritage, our independence, and our duty to protect our families, our communities, and our liberty.

She will oppose unconstitutional gun-control mandates, firearm registries, red-flag laws that deny due process, and federal efforts to restrict the rights of responsible citizens.

The government did not give us the right to bear arms, and government has no authority to take it away.

Protect Property Owners and Deliver Real Tax Reform

Property belongs to you, not the government. Rebecca will fight to keep it that way.

The right to own a home, farm, ranch, or small business should never be threatened by a property-tax bill that grows faster than a family's ability to pay it.

As Governor, Rebecca will fight for meaningful, permanent property-tax reform that protects homeowners, provides greater certainty, and holds the government accountable for how taxpayer dollars are spent.

She will work to ensure Wyoming remains a place where families and seniors can afford to buy a home, keep their land, and pass what they built to the next generation.

Rebecca's Plan

First 100 Days:
Putting Wyoming First

Wyoming does not need another administration that manages the status quo. As Governor, Rebecca's first 100 days will focus on reducing the size and influence of state government, lowering costs for Wyoming families, defending our traditional industries, restoring accountability, and launching major reforms.

We won't solve every problem in 100 days. But Wyoming citizens will know immediately what Rebecca's priorities are, what actions she will take as Governor, and what legislation she expects lawmakers to put on her desk.

What Wyoming Will See After 100 Days

  • Every major executive agency, board, and commission will be under review.
  • Discretionary grant and matching-fund programs will be frozen or subjected to public scrutiny.
  • A government-consolidation and cost-reduction plan will be released.
  • Wyoming will have a coordinated strategy to defend energy production from federal overreach.
  • Severance-tax reform will be moving toward a responsible legislative proposal.
  • Wyoming-origin agricultural labeling will be in development.
  • Sanctuary policies will be prohibited throughout the executive branch.
  • A measurable five-year education improvement plan will be underway.
  • Permanent property-tax reform will be moving toward a legislative proposal.
01Make Government Smaller, Leaner and AccountableState government should serve Wyoming's citizens, not become Wyoming's largest and most powerful industry.
  • Order a top-to-bottom review of the executive branch, including its roughly 40 cabinet-level positions.
  • Review every executive-branch board and commission and order performance and financial audits.
  • Freeze the creation of new boards, commissions, and administrative positions unless required for public safety or by law.
  • Publish a government-reform report detailing what will be eliminated, consolidated, or sent to the Legislature.
02Protect Wyoming Property OwnersOwning a home, farm, ranch, or small business should provide security, not the constant fear of being taxed out of property you worked a lifetime to own.
  • Present a permanent property-tax reform package that limits runaway increases and protects primary residences.
  • Strengthen targeted relief for seniors, veterans, families on fixed incomes, and homeowners facing extraordinary increases.
  • Reform the State Board of Equalization so it serves as a fair and impartial safeguard for taxpayers.
03End Government WelfareThe Wyoming government should not pick winners and losers or use taxpayer dollars to subsidize connected interests.
  • Immediately suspend discretionary awards from governor-controlled grant and matching-fund programs pending public review.
  • Order a comprehensive audit of all economic-development programs.
  • Require public disclosure of grant recipients, scoring criteria, promised outcomes, and actual results.
04Make Wyoming Energy a Priority AgainCoal, oil, natural gas, uranium, and critical-mineral production are central to Wyoming's economy and America's national security.
  • Issue an executive order treating reliable, affordable Wyoming energy production as an economic and national-security priority.
  • Establish firm, transparent permitting timelines and eliminate unnecessary delays.
  • Create a coordinated legal and regulatory strategy to challenge federal actions that threaten Wyoming energy jobs.
05Put Energy Affordability FirstDoes it provide Wyoming families and businesses with reliable, affordable power?
  • Support legislation to repeal or reform state policies that raise electricity prices or reduce the viability of Wyoming's coal-fired power plants.
06Begin Responsible Severance-Tax ReformEncourage production and investment without creating an irresponsible hole in the state budget.
  • Convene producers, economists, county officials, and legislators to examine the severance-tax structure.
  • Compare Wyoming's tax burden with competing energy-producing states.
  • Present recommendations to the Legislature for targeted, fiscally sustainable relief.
07Restore Meaning to the State SealEnergy and agriculture built our state. Agriculture is a foundational industry, not an afterthought.
  • Develop a renewed and enforceable "Made in Wyoming" and "Wyoming Grown" labeling initiative.
  • Establish a voluntary Wyoming-origin meat label for ranchers and processors.
  • Work to restore meaningful federal Country-of-Origin Labeling.
08Lower Transportation CostsReview Wyoming's fuel tax and how its revenue is being spent.
  • Identify waste and propose a responsible fuel-tax reduction for families, ranchers, and small businesses while maintaining essential roads and bridges.
09Enforce the Law and Protect Wyoming CommunitiesWyoming will never become a sanctuary state under Rebecca's leadership.
  • Issue an executive order prohibiting executive-branch agencies from adopting sanctuary policies.
  • Require strict enforcement of commercial driver's-license standards, including English-language proficiency requirements.
  • Submit legislation requiring E-Verify for state agencies, contractors, and recipients of state economic-development assistance.
10Launch the Wyoming Top Five Education InitiativeMove Wyoming into the nation's top five states for student achievement within five years.
  • Establish measurable annual targets for literacy and mathematics improvement.
  • Develop a statewide early-literacy strategy based on phonics and early intervention.
  • Propose legislation protecting parents' rights to review curricula and make decisions regarding their children.
